杭州市肾透析服务标准成本测算与定价方案研究

【摘要】 在杭州市肾透析服务实际成本测算的基础上(见《中国卫生经济》杂志2005年第7期《杭州市肾透析服务实际成本测算研究》一文),提供了肾透析标准成本的测算和定价方法根据成本测算的结果,提出了定价方案,为杭州市政府进一步完善肾透析服务支付标准与补偿机制、减轻患者的疾病经济负担提供决策和参考依据,也为我国其他城市和地区提供一定的借鉴

【Abstract】 Based on the actual item cost accounting, this article introduces how to calculate the standard item cost of hemodialysis.With the results for cost accounting, we suggest the pricing for hemodialysis.In order to reduce the patients’ burden of hemodialysis and better the payment and reimbursement systems of hemodialysis in Hangzhou, we give our suggestions.Maybe it can be used for reference for other cities.
