永磁无刷直流电机的研制

【摘要】 研制的0.55kW与7.5kW稀土永磁无刷直流电机基于专用芯片[1],转子采用180°磁钢,定子采用Y形连接,120°方波电流通电。经实验,各项性能指标均能达到设计要求。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the PMBLDCM of 0.55kW and 0.75kW are electron running motors based on ASIC.The rotors of the motors are 180°alnico.The stators are Y-type connection.120°square wave current passes the windingm.The experimental result shows that all experimental index meets the request of design.
