【摘要】 目的提高护理人员素质和重危患者的护理质量。方法根据护理队伍状况,实行护士长为主的护理查房以及不同水平护士之间业务交流。结果协调地改善了护患关系,科学地解决了护理问题,提高了对重危患者的护理质量。结论明显提高了护理人员的思辨和工作能力,培养了护士专科护理观察、分析和解决问题的综合能力,提高了护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Improve the quality of nursing staff and the nursing level of heavy patients.Methods: According to the status of nursing rank,we made nursing rounds directed by the head-nurse and had a work exchange in nurses with different skill.Results: Improve the relation between the nurses and patients harmoniously,and resolve the nursing problems scientifically and improve the working quality of the nursing.Conclusion : Elevate the nurse’s ability for thinking and working significantly,strengthen nurses’ comprehensive ability of observing,analyzing and resolving problems,and improve the quality of nursing.更多还原
