焊接电流对钛型药芯焊丝熔滴过渡特性的影响
The Effect of Welding Current on the Droplet Transfer of Rutile Flux-cored Wire
【摘要】 采用水中收集熔滴的试验方法,选用3种国产焊丝,分别研究了其焊接电流对钛型药芯焊丝熔滴过渡特性的影响。结果表明,焊接电流增大时,药芯焊丝的熔滴质量比增大、熔滴细化、平均质量减小;熔滴过渡频率增高,f曲线呈单调上升变化,3种焊丝增长速率大致相同。所试3种药芯焊丝均为钛型渣系,焊接电流变化时,熔滴过渡指数的变化有一定的差异,但总的趋势相同。同时还表明,熔滴过渡频率可能与药芯的种类及组成成分等因素也有一定的关系。这一结论对改进国产钛型药芯焊丝工艺性能将提供现实的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The effect of the welding current on the droplet transfer of rutile flux-cored wire is studied by collecting droplets in a water trough. The result shows:the droplet mass ratio of flux-cored wire and the frequence of the droplet transfer is increased and the average mass of the droplet is decreased as the welding current goes up.The three wires used for experiment are all rutile when the welding current changes,although the changes of the droplet transfer parameters are different, the changing trend is the same.
