EPDM/CM并用胶料的配合与加工

【摘要】 介绍了EPDM/CM电缆料的配方,讨论了两者的并用比,在对硫化剂、填料、稳定剂、增塑剂进行选择后,确定了胶料的配方,混合胶料的加工工艺性能良好,性能满足欧盟VDE0282标准要求。

【Abstract】 The formula of EPDM/CM insulating rubber was introduced in this paper.EPDM/CM blending ratios were also discussed.After the selection of vulcanization agent,filler,stabilizer and plasticizer,the compounds were determined.The blend exhibited good processability and the properties of compound came up to the level required by VDE0282 standard of EU.
