斜压裂井射孔孔密优化设计
OPTIMAL PERFORATION DENSITY DESIGN FOR SLANT FRACTURING WELL
【摘要】 在已射孔的斜井压裂过程中, 射孔孔眼处会出现一系列的几乎相互平行的雁型裂缝。这些裂缝的延伸、连接受到地层应力及裂缝本身的影响, 情况较为复杂。但它们的延伸和连接对压裂的成功与否至关重要。我们对裂缝模型部分进行简化, 将复变函数理论与位错理论相结合, 并且考虑了裂缝表面有流体压力作用且裂缝间存在相互干扰的情况下, 建立了无限大介质中裂尖应力强度因子的数学模型, 对影响雁型裂缝间相互干扰的因素进行分析, 并可由此来指导欲压裂井的射孔孔密设计。
【Abstract】 During the process of already perforated slant well fracturing, a series of almost mutually parallel en-echelon fractures will appear at perforations, the prolongation and connection of these fractures will sustain the influence of formation stress and fracture itself, the situation rather complicated; but their prolongation and connection is the most important to whether the fracturing can be successful. The fracture model has been simplified by combining theory of complex function with that of dislocation, and considering the situation of fluid pressure action present on fracture surface, and of existing mutual interference between fractures, the mathematical model of perforation end stress intensity factor in infinite medium is established, the element of influencing mutual interference between en-echelon fractures analyzed, and herefrom the perforation density design of the intended fracturing well guided.
