丽格海棠组织培养继代苗生根技术研究

【摘要】 丽格海棠瓶内生根培养基为3/4MS+IBA1.0mg/L,生根率可达82.4%,生根率和单株平均根数都对IBA浓度敏感,而对基本培养基不敏感。瓶外生根以无根苗基部速蘸700mg/L的ABT溶液8秒生根效果较好,生根率达52.0%。不同质量的无根苗瓶外生根效果差异显著。

【Abstract】 Rooting medium: 3/4MS + IBA 1.0mg·L ~ -1,the rooting rate (or rootability) was about 82.4%. Rooting rate and the average quantity of rooting plant. Were sensitive to concn. of IBA. But not to basic (fundamental) medium. Out bottle rooting: the lower part of stems was soaked in IBA 100mg· L~ -1 . solution for 8 seconds, the effect of rooting was good, roorability was 52.0%. Out booting rooting, the effect of the tissue-cultured shoot indicated significance.
