吸光度比值导数光谱法同时测量苯酚和2,4-二氯苯酚
Simultaneous Quantitative Analyzed Phenol and Dichlorophenol by the Derivative of Absorbance Ratio Method
【摘要】 据吸光度比值导数光谱方法的原理,采用了普通分光光度计同时定量分析测定苯酚和2, 4 二氯苯酚。实验表明,苯酚浓度<9mg/L、及2, 4 二氯苯酚浓度<7mg/L时,吸光度比值之导数相应物浓度间呈现线性关系。误差实验显示,苯酚的测量平均相对误差1. 3500(n=12), 2, 4 二氯苯酚的测量平均相对误差2. 0200(n=12)。
【Abstract】 Simultaneous quantitative analysis phenol and dichlorophenol by the derivative of absorbance ratio method has been developed. The sensational linear relationship between derivative of absorbance ratio and correspond concentration has been approved when the phenol concentration under 9 mg/L as well as dichlorophenol below 7 mg/L. Relative standard deviation of phenol and dichlorophenol is 1.3500 (n=12) and 2.0200(n=12) respectively.
