铁路建设项目国民经济效益计算的若干问题

【摘要】 铁路建设项目经济效益的计算对投资决策具有重要意义。剖析《铁路建设项目经济评价办法》(第2版),其适用范围及评价方法存在的不足逐渐显现。针对现行铁路建设项目国民经济计算方法的主要问题,提出需要遵循的国民经济效益计算原则。

【Abstract】 The economic benefit calculation of railway construction project has significant meaning to investment decision. The shortcomingsexisting in applicable range and evaluation of Economic Evaluation Method of Railway Construction Project (Second Edition) has graduallyappeared up. Aim to the main problem of economic calculation method of railway construction project, the essay puts forward analysispoint and the principle should be followed.
