【摘要】 以美国红栌一年生实生苗的茎段为外植体,了离体培养与快速繁殖的研究。结果表明:以MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1以进行mg/L为诱导培养基,White+BA1mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L为增殖培养基,可以获得较好的增殖效果,管外生根率较高而无需做试试管内生根培养,从而减少了培养过程,降低了生产成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 With stem segments of one-year seedling as the explants, in vitro culture of Cotinus coggygria ’Royal Purple’ were studies. The results showed that the inducing media with MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L and media with White+BA 1 mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L are most suitable for proliferation. And the out-tube rooting rate are relatively better, which can be used in order to simplify the processes and decrease the production cost.更多还原
