【摘要】 目的　寻找治疗痤疮经济、安全、实用的方案。方法　将患者按治疗需要随机分A、B、C三组,进行疗效、安全性、实用性比较。A仅用外治;B、C只须内服小剂量琥乙红霉素再用不同方法外治。结果　在方案B、A ,治疗第2天即可见效,且个体皮损的消减量在第一次治疗后第2天显示最明显,经过统计比较,B、A类方案治愈仅须5次左右外治,方法简便,患者依从性好。结论　B、A两类方案均较经济安全显效快,具有治疗、预防、洁肤和美肤的多重作用,在临床上很实用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore an economical, safe and effective measures for the treatment of acne.Methods 476 patients with acnes were divided into three g roups.In group A (n=120),patients received topical application of iodine-co ntained tincture produced by Second Military Hospital plus ultraviolet negative ion spray.In group B (n=316),patients received besidesmeasures in group A,al so took erythromycin ethylsuccinate orally.In group C (n=40),patientsreceive d erythromycin ethylsuccinate 0.125 g.4 times a day, plus applying chloromycetin washing solution locally.These measures in 3 groups were compared with their ef fectiveness,safety,receptivity of patients,etc.. Results Therapeutic effect took place generally on the se cond day.Curative rates in group A and B were significantly higher than that of the C.Generally,only about 5 times of topical treatment were needed.They were ea sily operated and were receptible by the patients. Conclusion Measures in B and A are economical,safe and pr ompt in treatment of acnes,its advantages include curing and preventing lesions, together with cleaning and beautifying skin,etc..更多还原
