【Abstract】 Modern trace sample pre-treatment techniques reported in the last five years,such as in-tube solid-phase microextraction,hollow fiber membrane extraction,dynamic three-phase microextraction etc.,were reviewed.Based on the separation mechanisms,these techniques were classified into solid-phase mi-croextraction and membrane extraction.The theory,instrumentation and applications of these techniques cou-pled with capillary column liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis were introduced in detail.更多还原
