高职院校的教学督导工作

【摘要】 高职院校教学督导的性质与地位、教学督导的对象及人员配备,决定着教学督导的职能和发挥的具体作用,要运用好教学督导的工作方式与运行机制,正确处理好几个关系,以便进一步完善教学督导制度,更好发挥教学督导的作用。

【Abstract】 The natures and status of the teaching supervising and the object and staff equipped of teaching and studying supervising are discussed in the article.It is necessary to go on the working style ,moving system and deal with several relationships to take effect in adult higher colleges,in order to improve the roles of teaching supervising. 
