【摘要】 目的　了解中小学生疫苗知识、态度状况 ,不断提高学生预防接种率。　方法　采用K -A -P问卷对常德市县七所中小学 760名学生进行疫苗知识、态度等方面的调查。　结果　三个年级学生有一定的疫苗知识。疫苗知识测试中高二年级成绩好于初二、小学六年级。疫苗知识主要来源于学校、家长、电视。大部分学生有端正的疫苗关注态度及良好的预防接种行为。　结论　要加强对中小学生疫苗知识教育 ,采用多种形式不断宣传疫苗知识 ,以培养学生良好的健康行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of knowledge , attitude and practice on vaccine in order to raise the vaccination rate in students. Methods The KAP questionnaire was used in 760 students in 7 schools of Changde prefecture. Results The students have some knowledge about vaccine. The results of test showed the students in grade 2 of high school were much better than other students. The sources of knowledge on vaccine came from school students’ parents and TV. Most students have good attitude and behavior. Conclusion Enhanced education on vaccination in middle and elementary school students is necessary. Various forms of mobilization should be adopted to promote student’s health behavior.更多还原
