【摘要】 目的 :研究益宁片的催眠作用。方法 :采用阈下剂量的戊巴比妥入睡法及阈剂量戊巴比妥睡眠法研究益宁片对小鼠自主活动的影响和入睡率及对阈剂量戊巴比妥催眠的协同作用。结果 :益宁片能明显减少小鼠的自主活动 ,延长戊巴比妥的睡眠时间 ,增强阈下剂量戊巴比妥的催眠作用 ,并具有一定的量效趋势。结论 :益宁片具有催眠的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to study the hypnotic effects of the Yining.Methods Its effects to the autonomic activities of mice and the hymnotid duration of pentobarbital and the hypnotic effect of a subthreshold dose of pentobarbital were observed.Results Yining distinctly decresed the autonomic activity and incresed the hypnotic effect of a hypnotic subthreshold of pentobarbital and prolonged the duration of sleeping of pentobarbital mice. All effects were dosage dependent.Conclusion Yining has the effects of hypnotis.更多还原
