【摘要】 目的探讨胆脂瘤型中耳炎的高分辨率CT表现,提高对本病诊断的准确性。方法搜集经手术病理证实43例胆脂瘤型中耳炎的HRCT表现。结果胆脂瘤型中耳炎HRCT表现:a)鼓室、鼓窦内团块状、片状软组织影;b)不同程度的骨质破坏,其中包括鼓室、鼓窦入口及鼓窦破坏扩大以及听小骨破坏移位。结论高分辨率CT对于胆脂瘤型中耳炎能做出准确诊断并具有很高的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the high-resolution CT findings of chronic otitis media with cholesteatoma and to elevate the diagnostic accuracy.Methods HRCT findings of 43 patients with surgically and pathologically proved chronic otitis media with cholesteatom were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results HRCT findings of chronic otitis media with cholesteatoma were found to be following two patterns;a)abnormal soft tissue in tympanic cavity and tympanic sinus,most were masslike or patchy shadows;b)osseous destruction of different extent including destruction and enlargement of tympanic cavity,antrum mastoideum inlet and antrum mastoideum as well as destruction and shift of auditory ossecles.Conclusion HRCT is extremely accurate in the diagnosis of chronic otitis media with cholesteatoma.更多还原
