跨栏跑教学中学生畏惧心理产生的原因及对策

【摘要】 跨栏跑可以发展学生的速度、弹跳、灵敏、柔韧等综合素质 ,并能培养学生良好的意志品质 ,促进身体更好地发育成长。但由于跨栏跑的技术较为复杂 ,对学生身体素质要求较高 ,学生常常产生畏惧心理 ,教师了解学生畏惧心理产生的原因并采取相应的对策很重要

【Abstract】 Hurdle race can not only develop students’ general p hy sical qualities,such as speeding, bounding, sensitiveness, but also cultivate th eir psychological ones so as to promote their better development psychologically as well as physically. The technique of hurdle race,however,is very complicated to master and needs more physical qualities,which can always result in psycholo gical fear. It is important for the teacher to know about the psychological caus es and take a corresponding countermeasures.
