【摘要】 我国农村实行政社分开 ,恢复乡 (镇 )政府及实行村民自治以来 ,乡镇政府与民选村民委员会之间的关系发生了很大变化 ,“乡村”关系出现了种种失调现象 ,其根源在我国“压力型”的县乡行政体制 ,“两委”体制为表征的党政关系 ,立法与司法体制和中央与地方的财政税收制度。村民自治进程中的乡村关系矛盾凸现了我国现有体制的弊端。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the separation of our government administration f rom commune management and the restitution of township government and the perfor mance of self-government of villagers,the relations between township government and people-elected village committee have significantly changed.Meanwhile,contr adiction between the relations appeared.The root mainly lies in the pressure-typ ed administrative system of town and county,the legistative and judicial system, frnancial nad taxation system,etc.The contradiction during the the course of vil lagers self-government illustrates the shortcomings of our current administrativ e system.更多还原
