【摘要】 目的评价扩大骨髓腔在指尖离断原位缝合中的应用及临床疗效。方法对27例无再植条件的指尖离断伤应用扩大骨髓腔的原位缝合术,术中纵向扩大残指指骨骨髓腔后,固定指骨骨折,并沿手指纵轴向近端加压固定。结果本组共27例,术后随访6～12个月,完全成活19例,大部分成活2例,坏死6例,成活指尖外观和功能恢复良好。结论对于无再植条件的指尖离断伤,行扩大骨髓腔的指尖离断原位缝合术,是一种有效简便的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the method and clinical effect of fingertip replantation with enlarged bone marrow cavity.Methods Twenty-seven cases without the suitable digital arteries for microsurgical repair were replanted with enlarged bone marrow cavity. After enlarged bone marrow cavity of injuried finger, the bones were fixed by a hypodermic needle, and then pressing the distal digital amputated tissue to the proximate.Results Nineteen replanted fingers survived completely, with partial skin necrosis in 2 cases, only 6 cases were failure. Both function and appearance in surviving cases were excellent after 6～12 months follow-up.Conclusion When there are no suitable digital arteries for microsurgical repair in fingertip replantation, it is a reliable and simple method that replanting the amputated tissue with enlarged bone marrow cavity.更多还原
