多支座卧式容器设计计算
Design and calculation of horizontal vessel with multi-saddle supports
【摘要】 大型卧式容器通常采用多支座支承,但多支承卧式容器的设计计算较为困难。多支座卧式容器一般可以看作是超静定的连续梁,利用奇异函数和拉普拉斯变换导出了求解弯曲问题的普遍表达式,根据多支承问题的特点编制了计算程序,可以快速方便地对各种型式的卧式容器多支承问题进行计算。
【Abstract】 Multi-saddle supports are widely used in heavy horizontal vessel,it is difficult to design and calculate the horizontal vessel with multi-saddle supports.Generally,the horizontal vessel with multi-saddle supports can be dealt with a continuous beam.The general expression for deflection of stepped shaft in bending according to singularity function and Laplace transformation are presented.A program is given to design and calculate the horizontal vessel with multi-saddle supports,it can be easily and quickly used to calculate all kinds of horizontal vessels with multi-saddle supports.
