基于脉冲响应的输油管道堵点位置检测机理
Mechanism research of jamming point detection in oil pipelines based on impulse response
【摘要】 输油管道发生堵塞时会严重降低管道系统的运行效率,甚至会造成管道系统的损坏。开展对管道堵塞检测机理和检测方法的研究以便准确发现堵点并快速采取措施具有重要的现实意义。依据流体力学的动量方程及连续方程,研究了压力波在频域中求解的方法,并基于脉冲响应,假定管道末端阀门快速关闭,给出管道末端处及管道任意位置处的压力响应,提出了通过瞬态压力值的调和分析,实现了管道堵点位置的准确检测。
【Abstract】 The jam of pipelines will lower the efficiency of the piping system seriously, even will result in the damage of the piping system. Studying the theory of piping malfunction and method of checking are of great benefit. It is important to discover the jamming point and to respond quickly. The pressure pulsation has been solved in the domain of frequency on the basis of hydrodynamics theory. If a discharge impulse is imposed at the downstream valve, the physical head responses at the value, and the head response at arbitrary section are developed respectively. Harmonic analysis of press values during transients is a way to locate the jamming point in fluid pipelines.
