编码式光纤光栅钻机井架应力监测系统
Derrick stress testing apparatus based on encoding optic fiber gratings
【摘要】 在阐述编码式光纤光栅分布式大容量检测方法的基础上,介绍了以编码式光纤光栅作探头的钻机井架应力监测系统。系统由2个不同的宽带光源、耦合器、双光栅传感阵列、解调器和数据处理系统组成,采用双波长编码技术,对检测点的位置和应力、应变同时进行编码测量。对某钻机井架的实际应力监测表明,这种监测系统具有准确度高、稳定性好、检测容量大以及能实时在线监测等特点。
【Abstract】 After an analysis of the testing method based on high-capacity encoding optic fiber gratings, the derrick stress testing system that adopts encoding optic fiber gratings as probe is introduced. The system is comprised of two optic sources with different bandwidths, coupler, dual fiber gratings sensors, demodulator and data processing system. It carries out encoding measurement simultaneously on the location, stress and strain of the detected points by means of the double-wavelength encoding technology. Stress testing of a certain derrick shows that, this testing system has the characteristics of high accuracy, good stability, large testing capacity, and it can realize real-time online monitoring.
