H型钢冷却系统优化
Optimization Project of Cooling of H-beam
【摘要】 结合H型钢轧制的特点分析控制冷却在轧制中运用的具体问题,制定了H型钢控制冷却的优化方案.介绍了实际应用情况,并提出改进的措施.研究轧制过程中汽化的冷却水对轧件温度的影响,提出冷却水喷嘴的改进方向.
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of controlled cooling in rolling of H-beam, the different controlled cooling schedules were proposed. The results are reported and the measures for improvement are put forward. The cooling water of the process is largely influenced by vapourisation.
