CuMgAl类水滑石的合成条件研究

【摘要】 采用共沉淀法合成不同摩尔投料比CuMgAl类水滑石.根据不同摩尔比的Cu/Mg/Al混合硝酸盐溶液的滴定曲线,确定此类水滑石的合成pH值为8~9.进而探讨合成方式、组分配比对类水滑石合成的影响.通过XRD、IR对合成物进行表征.结果表明:恒定pH值法和变化pH值法均可得到晶相单一的CuMgAl HTLcs;并且在相同n(Mg)/n(Cu)下,随着n(Cu+Mg)/n(Al)比的增加,合成的类水滑石晶型越完整.Cu的引入使得水滑石的层板发生扭曲,且随着Cu引入量的增加,扭曲程度加剧,导致层板间距加大.

【Abstract】 Cu-Mg-Al hydrotalcite like compounds with different Cu/Mg/Al molar ratios were synthesized by coprecipitation. Based on the titration of the mixed salt solutions with different Cu/Mg/Al molar ratios, the pH for synthesizing Cu-Mg-Al hydrotalcite was obtained at 8~9. Then the effects of precipitation method, Cu/Mg/Al molar ratio on the preparation of CuMgAl-HTLcs were studied. The synthesized compounds were characterized by XRD, IR. The results showed that unique CuMgAl-HTLcs can be prepared by constant pH or changing pH method. At the same Mg/Cu molar ratio, the synthesized hydrotalcite like compounds was more integrated with the increasing of (Cu+Mg)/Al molar ratio. Incorporation of Cu into brucite-like layers caused distortion of the interlayer and increased interlayer-spacing.
