【摘要】 目的通过对HBsAg和HBeAg两种抗原的检测,建立液态蛋白芯片检测法及临床应用;并比较两种方法在检测HBsAg和HBeAg两种抗原对结果有无差异。方法用AXSYM免疫自动分析仪MEIA法和液态蛋白芯片法两种方法同时检测200例该院体检及门急诊临床样本HBsAg和HBeAg两种抗原,用标准血清的检测结果绘制出标准曲线,比较样本结果。结果液态芯片法检测结果与AXSYM免疫自动分析仪MEIA法检测HBsAg、HBeAg,阳性和阴性符合率HBsAg分别为95.6%,96.2%;HBeAg分别为91.4%,92.3%。在统计学上对临床样本判断无明显的差异(P>0.05)。结论液态芯片法较AXSYM免疫自动分析仪MEIA法具有灵敏度高,线性范围广,准确性高,重复性好,操作简便、快速,标本用量少的优越性。并且通过联合检测,可同时检测多个项目,更加快捷、简便,病人的检测费用也可大幅度的降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective On one hand,set up liquid chip assay and establish clinical application for the detection of two HBV antigen of HBsAg and HBeAg.On the other hand,a comparative study on the detection sensitivity,positive and negative sample accordance rate and detection range for antigen of HBsAg and HBeAg between liquid chips and AXSYM fully automatic immunity analyzer to know which method is superiority.Methods 200 sera of the HBsAg and HBeAg items were analyzed by liquid chips and AXSYM fully automatic immunity analyzer respectively.In addition,it could know the tesults through standard curve,which was protracted by standard blood serum.Results The analyzed results from liquid chips were identical with those from AXSYM fully automatic immunity analyzer basically.The detection limits of liquid chip were much wider than AXSYM.While for relatively high or low concentration samples,the AXSYM MEIA could only detect a higher value than a given one or zero.The positive/negative reflexivity of HBsAg between liquid chip and AXSYM MEIA was 95.6%/96.2% and the detection of HBeAg was 91.4%/92.3%.In all,the analyzing results for the concentration of sera within the detection range of AXSYM MEIA were identical with the two assays (P>0.05).Conclusion For the detection,liquid chips share the characteristics of higher sensitivity,wider detection range and good positive/negative accordance comparing with AXSYM MEIA.It can be served as assistant diagnoses for clinical use.Otherwise the cost of detection of patients is lower than before.更多还原
