【摘要】 通过大豆浓缩蛋白(SPC)对中华绒螯蟹生长和身体成分的影响,对大豆浓缩蛋白在中华绒螯蟹养殖饲料中替代鱼粉的前景进行了评估。结果显示用全鱼粉饲料(对照组)和含有11,22,33,44和56%的SPC的饲料喂养的中华绒螯蟹生长情况不同。随着SPC在饲料中含量的上升,中华绒螯蟹身体成分中含水量上升而粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量下降。基于实验各项结果,SPC替代鱼粉的合适比率大约为37.93%～56.89%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The potential of replacing fish meal with soybean protein concentrated in the diets of Eriocheirsineisisis evaluated based on its influence on body composition and growth. Eriocheirsineisisfed diets of total fish meal and containing 11, 22, 33, 44 and 56% of SPC showed growth performance. The results also showed that with the content sofSPC increasing in the diets, the amount of moisture is in creasing while crude prote in and crude lipid are de creasing.
