【Abstract】 The traditional morals,with its strong characteristic that private morality is strong and social morality is weak, make our society lack a kind of public rationality as the support in the process of going out of the traditional agricultural society and entering the industrial society. It has caused a lot of social problems and has brought great obstruction to social development too.
