【Abstract】 The grafting of vinyl silane onto HDPE and crosslinking of silane grafted HDPE were studied by the twin screw extruder.Through the elaborate study of the main factors of the grafting of vinyl silane outo HDPE and crosslinking of silane grafted HDPE,such as the constituent of resins,the content and kinds of initiating agents,crosslinking agents adn inhibitor,the content of catalyst,an optimum formulation was obtained about corsslinking of silane crafted HDPE for PE-Al-PE pipe.The corsstituent of grafted material(part by weight):5000S is 55,7006A is 20,support resin is 25,compound crosslinking agent Ⅰis 2,antioxidant 2 is 0.1,inhibitor Ⅰis 0.12,inhibitor Ⅱ is 0.04.The constituent of catalyst material(part by weight):5000S is 85,support resin is 15,catalyst is 1,antioxidant 1 is 0.3,antioxidant 2 is 0.3.The constituent of crosslinking material(part by weight):grafted material is 95,catalyst material is 5.更多还原
