【摘要】 采用溶剂梯度渗漉法提取分离葡萄籽原花青素,以DPPH·法测定清除自由基能力,系统地研究各组分的抗氧化活性。结果表明梯度渗漉的各组分中,丙酮A、B和乙醇A、B组分具有突出的抗氧化活性,同时产率较高。梯度渗漉法的应用使有效成分原花青素在丙酮、乙醇组分中相对集中,因而具有极好的实验室及工业应用价值。

【Abstract】 In this experiment a detailed investigation on the antioxidant activity of grape seed components which were extracted by a step-shenlu method was made by DPPH· method. The result showed that among all components, both activities and extraction yield of acetone A, B, ethanol A, B were superior to the others. By the step-shenlu method the active components were largely concentrated in acetone and ethanol, this will be beneficial to the applications in both laboratory and factory.
