【Abstract】 In market economy, city′s technical innovation ability has become very important factor of city′s continuous development and competition. In this paper, the application of multilevel fuzzy mathematic appraisement ways in the ability of city′s technical innovation was studied. The appraisement index system was set up and the second fuzzy comprehensive appraisement models were given out. At last, an example was given to verify the theory model.更多还原
