【摘要】 目的:探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏在肛瘘术后应用的临床疗效。方法:将2001年～2004年我科186例肛瘘术后患者随机分为三组:第一组用凡士林油纱换药;第二组用湿润烧伤膏油纱换药;第三组用大黄油纱、生肌玉红膏油纱分期换药,通过跟踪随访,对平均愈合时间进行比较。结果:第二组、第三组平均愈合时间均短于第一组,第二组较第三组油纱的制作更加简单。结论:湿润烧伤膏油纱换药临床效果好,制作简单,经济有效,为肛瘘术后换药的首选药物与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds post anal fistulectomy. Method: During the period form 2001 to 2004, we have treated 186 patients with wounds post anal fistulectomy. The patients were divided randomly into 3 groups. Patients in the 1^st group, were treated with vaseline gauze, in the 2^nd group were treated with MEBO gauze and in the 3rd group were treated with Da Huang You gauze and Sheng Ji Yu Hong Ointment gauze. All the patients were followed up and the efficacy was compared. Result: In the 2^nd and the 3^rd groups, the wound healing time was shorter than that in the 1^st group. MEBO gauze is easier to prepare than Da Huang You gauze and Sheng Ji Yu Hong Ointment gauze. Conclusion: MEBO gauze is very efficacious in treating wounds post anal fistulectomy. It is easy to prepare and not expensive.更多还原
