【Abstract】 The inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus by Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus was studied by tube mixed culture. The growth of Staphylococcus aureus was obviously checked, the colony-forming unit of Staphylococcus aureus in the test was decreased by 2-3 logarithm grades than the control. The inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus by Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus was owing to the production of organic acid and antimicrobial substances.更多还原
