【摘要】 ①目的观察比较糖尿病教育对糖尿病病人每日1次与4次注射胰岛素依从性的影响。②方法选取80例2型糖尿病病人随机分成两组。甘精胰岛素组每晚睡前注射1次甘精胰岛素。赖脯胰岛素组每天三餐前注射赖脯胰岛素+睡前注射甘舒霖N。两组均经过详细统一的糖尿病教育,12周后评价两组病人注射胰岛素的依从性。③结果两组病人注射胰岛素类似物的依从性无统计学差异(t=0.623,P>0.05)。④结论糖尿病教育可以增进糖尿病病人胰岛素治疗的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the influence of education on diabetes mellitus on compliance of diabetic patients treated with insulin injection once a day and four times a day. Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups by random. The patients in insulin glargine group were given insulin glargine once at bedtime. Those in the lispro group were given lispro before three meals and NPH at bedtime. A same health education was given to the two groups, and the compliance of insulin injection between the two groups was evaluated after 12 weeks. Results The compliance of insulin injection between the two groups was not of statistic difference (t=0.623,P>0.05). Conclusion Diabetes mellitus education could improve the compliance of insulin therapy of patients with diabetes mellitus.更多还原
