【摘要】 ①目的探讨早孕人工流产术前应用米索前列醇(米索)的途径。②方法初次妊娠的早孕妇女200例,随机分成口服米索组(A组)与阴道放置米索组(B组),各100例。A组术前2h口服米索400μg,B组术前2h将米索400μg放入阴道后穹隆,两组均于用药2h后行人工流产术。观察并比较两组不良反应发生率、宫颈软化、宫颈扩张情况及人工流产综合反应发生情况。③结果B组不良反应发生率低于A组,差异有显著性(χ2=4.52～37.52,P<0.05、0.01);两组宫颈软化及宫颈扩张情况无显著性差异(P>0.05);A组出现轻度人工流产综合反应者30例(30%),中度反应5例(5%);B组出现轻度人工流产综合反应者29例(29%),中度者3例(3%),两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。④结论阴道放置米索可作为人工流产术前扩张宫颈的理想给药方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the way of using Misoprostol before induced abortion in early pregnancy. Methods Two hundred women with early pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. Misoprostol (400 μg) was administrated orally and intravaginally two hours before the procedure in group A and B, respectively. The side effects of Misoprostol, the cervical dilatation and softening and induced abortion syndrome were observed. Results The side effects in group B was fewer than in group A (χ~2=4.52-37.52;P<0.05,0.01). The differences between the two groups were not significant in terms of dilatation and softening of the cervix (P>0.05). As for induced-abortion syndrome, mild symptoms were found in 30 cases (30%), and moderate,5 (5%) in group A; and mild, 29, moderate,3, in group B. The difference was not significant ( P>0.05). Conclusion Misoprostol administrated intravaginally is an ideal approach for dilation of he cervix before induced abortion in early pregnancy.更多还原
