【摘要】 ①目的探讨降低乳癌前哨淋巴结活检假阴性的途径。②方法将专利蓝染色的94例乳癌病人前哨淋巴结活检和腋窝淋巴结清扫标本行苏木精伊红染色,连续切片行病理学检查。③结果前哨淋巴结活检的成功率为94.7%,灵敏度为88.9%,特异度为86.0%,总符合率为91.0%,假阴性率为13.3%。病人年龄,肿瘤的数目、部位、大小,是否活检或化疗及操作者的经验和技能等对假阴性率有一定影响。④结论蓝染色准确标记定位可以降低乳癌前哨淋巴结活检的假阴性率。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study how to decrease the false negative rate in sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB) in breast cancer.MethodsFrom January 2002 to December 2003,94 breast cancer patients underwent SLNB by injecting patent blue and axillary lymph node dissection(ALND),which was followed by routine pathological examination(HE)and serial section.Results The success rate, the sensitivity and the specificity of SLNB were 94.7%, 88.9% and 86.0%, respectively. The total accordance rate and false negative rate were 91.0% and 13.3%, respectively. The false negative rate was correlated with patients’ age, the number, location, size of the tumor, whether biopsy or chemotherapy, experience and skills of the surgeons.ConclusionThe false negative rate of SLNB can be decreased by patent blue dyeing and marking.更多还原
