【Abstract】 By using the theory of learning organization,the writer carries on a holistic design of class,delegation,sports association;learning model of public P.E.teaching include: compulsory P.E.,optional P.E.,extracurricular P.E.competitive P.E.and so on as the "learning platform";establish the guiding system for the learning model based on the class-teaching center;establish the initiative study operational system based on the breakthrough of cultivating students’ initiative studying;establish mechanism of practice and application based on a whole structure of study circumstance both in and out of class.更多还原
