【摘要】 目的用切眉制成的真皮垫结合硅胶假体行隆鼻术,探讨自体真皮在美容外科的应用。方法自2000年至2004年,对26例女性患者切取的眉制成真皮垫,缝合于硅胶假体成角浅面,置于鼻背鼻根部的深筋膜下。结果26例患者的鼻尖部均得到有效提高,效果满意。结论利用切除的自体真皮组织作为隆鼻材料,为美容外科提供了一种经济实用的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective With cutting dermis pad of eyebrow and silicone prosthesis to redound nasal tip, to probe into application of body dermis in cosmetic surgery. Methods From 2000 to 2004, Twenty-six women under went operation of cutting patient dermis pad that eyebrow make sew up to the silicone prosthesis succeeding corner shallow, put it under the deep muscle membrane carrying the nasal root in the nose. Results Twenty-six nasal tips were improved effectively, the cosmetic results were satiesfactory with. Conclusion Utilizing and excised discarded for rhinoplasty material has offered a kind of economical, practical, effective method for improving the cosmetic surgery.更多还原
