压力升高法在冻干理论研究中的应用

【摘要】 概述了真空冷冻干燥理论研究的发展状况,提出了一种新的方法—压力升高法来测量冻干界面的温度,建立了其数学模型,并进行了简单的实验研究。

【Abstract】 Described the developing of the theory of the vacuum freeze-drying. Presented a new method -pressure rise measurement , which can also measure the moving phase-change interface temperature. Established the mathematical model of the transient pressure response. Finally, the simple research was introduced.
