利用3D技术对非对称薄壁回转零件进行平衡设计
Method of Balancing-design of the Non-symmetric Rotary Part with Thin Wall by 3D Technology
【摘要】 本文通过对3D制图软件的研究,提出利用3D绘图技术对非对称薄壁回转零件进行平衡设计的方法。通过研究首先建立了非对称薄壁回转零件平衡设计力学模型,依此方法进行了实例设计,验证了该方法的可行性、实用性,并在实际中得到了较好的应用。
【Abstract】 A method of the balance design for a non-symmetric rotary part with thin wall is discussed.Under the relative coordinate, the sum of the multiplication of mass by the coordinate value along X and Y individually gets zero,so as to make the rotary part with thin wall balance.
