【摘要】 建立复方四季青片中合成鱼腥草素的含量测定方法。采用离子对高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈-0.01mol/L四丁基溴化铵一二乙胺(30∶40∶0.028)为流动相,检测波长为283nm。结果:测得复方四季青片中鱼腥草素含量为30mg/片,平均加样回收率98.2%。处方中四季青所含酚酸类成分对含量测定没有干扰。结论:该法操作简便、准确、灵敏,可用于复方四季青片质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish the quantitative determination method of synthetic houttuynine in compound Chinese holly leaf tablet, Ion-pair high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was adopted. The stearyl-silance bonded silica gel was taken as filling material, and the acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L tetra butyl ammonium bromide-diethyl amine(30:40:0.028)as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 283nm. Results:The content of houtttuynine sodium bisulfate in compound Chinese holly leaf tablet was determined as 30mg per tablet. The average recovery was 98.2%. The phenols & acids in Chinese holly leaf in the prescription did not interfere the quantitative determination. Conclusion: This method is simple, convenient, accurate and sensitive, thus can be used to the quality control of compound Chinese holly leaf tablet.更多还原
