【摘要】 为观察活血化瘀药对ESWL术后并发症的防治效果,将 338例患者随机分为治疗组 (288例 )和对照组(50例)。对照组于每次碎石术后常规予以黄体酮、抗生素治疗 3天,治疗组在此基础上加服活血化瘀中成药“龙血竭胶囊”。观察患者用药后血尿消失时间和石街形成情况的变化。结果:在患者血尿消失时间和防止石街形成方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0 .05)。提示活血化瘀中成药“龙血竭胶囊”对ESWL术后的出血性并发症及石街形成具有一定的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical effects of blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs on the prevention of complications after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), 338 subjects were randomized into two groups: control group in which 50 cases were given muscular injection of Progesterone and intravenous drip of antibiotics for 3 days, and treatment group in which 288 cases were treated by “Longxuejie Capsule” besides the medicines in control group. The period of hematuria relief and steinstrasse formation were observed. Result: The treatment group had better effects than control group in the relief of hematuria and prevention of steinstrasse formation (P<0.05). It is revealed that “Longxuejie Capsule” has positive effects on bleeding complication and steinstrasse formation after ESWL.更多还原
