【摘要】 为评价Super-bond C&B超强粘接剂固定牙周严重松动牙的临床疗效。应用Super-bond C&B超强粘接剂直接对牙周病所致的前牙松动进行粘接固定。结果显示:50例患者随访时间最短3个月,最长24个月,显效43例,有效3例,无效4例,有效率92%。因Super-bond C&B超强粘接剂是一种纯树脂型粘接材料,本方法无需牙体制备,不破坏牙体组织,粘接固定效果良好,操作方便,具有适度的韧性和弹性,而且舒适美观,有抗冲击能力强,不会被唾液溶解等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper assesses the clinical curative effect of super-bond C&B to fix periodontal loose teeth.Super-bond C&B is applied directly to fix loose anterior teeth caused by periodontal disease.Among 50 cases of patients who have got follow-up survey for three months to 24 months,43 cases have got apparent effect,three cases are effective,four cases are ineffective,the effective rate is 92%.Super-bond C&B is operated conveniently and effective without destroying dental tissues,and in no need of tooth preparation.The reason is that Super-bond C&B is a kind of bonding material made from virgin resin,which has moderate endurance and elasticity,strong resistance to impulsion and difficult to be dissolved by saliva.更多还原
