【Abstract】 To research the hereditary stability of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo which were subcultured 12 ~ 13 times in the same tissue culture system from five different development stages, 3 ten - base primers screened from 20 arbitrary primers were used for DNA amplification with random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). The results showed that the genetic similarity coefficient are very high which varied from 89. 36% to 100%. The variation of protocorm were rather more remarkable than that of germination, monoleaf - stage, bileaf - stage and inflorescence.更多还原
