14.6tex Coolmax涤纶短纤维与棉混纺纱的生产实践
Production practice of 14.6 tex Coolmax polyester staple fiber and cotton blended yarn
【摘要】 介绍了Coolm ax的特性,针对Coolm ax抱合力差、纺纱静电严重、不易吸湿、纺纱困难等问题,分析介绍了各工序采取的关键工艺,并通过正交试验对后区牵伸倍数、罗拉隔距和粗纱捻系数等进行了优选,在生产中结合纤维性能合理配置了细纱工艺参数。
【Abstract】 Characteristics of Coolmax are introduced. The key technological measures of each process are analysed based on its poor cohesion, ferrible spinning static, sensitive humidity and difficult spinning. Through orthognal experiment, the parameters of back zone draft multiple, roller center distance and roving twist factor are optimized. In addition, reasonable spinning processing parameters are selected to meet the special teatures of the fiber.
