【Abstract】 Characteristics of Coolmax are introduced. The key technological measures of each process are analysed based on its poor cohesion, ferrible spinning static, sensitive humidity and difficult spinning. Through orthognal experiment, the parameters of back zone draft multiple, roller center distance and roving twist factor are optimized. In addition, reasonable spinning processing parameters are selected to meet the special teatures of the fiber.更多还原
