透明质酸的改性及其应用
Modification and Application of Hyaluronic Acid
【摘要】 透明质酸(HA)是广泛分布在软结缔组织细胞外基质(ECM)中的主要蛋白多糖,具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,能调节渗透压、流动阻力以及血浆与基质蛋白扩散的选择性,可应用于组织工程和医药领域。HA极易溶于水、降解速度快等良好性能限制了其在某些组织工程和医药领域的应用,因此需要进行化学改性,提高其机械强度,减缓其在组织内的降解速度,进一步扩大其应用前景。HA具有羟基、羧基和乙酰胺基等官能团,可通过交联、酯化、接枝、分子修饰和复合等方法进行改性。
【Abstract】 Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a primary protein polysaccharide which has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, it widely distributes in extracellular matrix of cartilage connective tissue. It can adjust osmosis pressure, flow resistance and selectivity of plasma and matrix protein diffusion, so it can be used for tissue engineering and medical field. But its wonderful water-solubility and degradation rate limits its some application in tissue engineering and medical field. With chemical modification,its mechanical intensity can be improved, its degradation rate can be slowed down in tissue, so its application prospect will be enlarged. HA has functional groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl and N-acetyl,therefore, it can be modified by cross-linking, esterification,graft, molecule modification and composition.
