LiNiO2薄膜的电化学技术制备研究
Study on the Preparation of LiNiO2 Thin Film by Electrochemical Technique
【摘要】 采用恒电流电化学技术,在95℃左右的条件下,于Li OH溶液中,直接在镍片上制备了结晶良好的Li Ni O2薄膜.通过XRD,SEM和XPS技术对制备的Li Ni O2薄膜进行了表征;测试结果表明制备的Li Ni O2薄膜表面致密、均匀,为六方层状结构.通过研究,作者得到了适宜的电化学制备Li Ni O2薄膜的工艺条件.
【Abstract】 The well-crystallized LiNiO_ 2 thin films were prepared directly on nickel substrates in LiOH solution by constant current electrochemical technique at 95℃. The as-prepared LiNiO_ 2 thin films were characterized by XRD, SEM and XPS measurements, and the results reveal that the as-prepared LiNiO_ 2 thin films are dense and uniform in surface, and they show hexagonal structure. The suitable electrochemical processing conditions for preparing LiNiO_ 2 thin films were obtained.
