恶性肿瘤异位人绒毛膜促性腺激素表达的研究
Progress in study on ectopic expression of hCG in malignant tumors
【摘要】 人绒毛膜促性腺激素是一种糖蛋白激素。在妊娠期主要由胎盘合体滋养层细胞分泌产生,在非妊娠情况下,机体内含量极微。多年来一直用于滋养叶细胞肿瘤、胚胎性肿瘤的生物学标志物,目前发现几乎所有组织,尤其是肿瘤包括肺癌、乳腺癌、子宫颈癌、卵巢癌、膀胱癌等均可产生异位人绒毛膜促性腺激素,并且发现其对免疫系统及肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润转移、分化程度等都有重要作用。
【Abstract】 Human chorionic gonadotuopin(hCG) is a glycoprotein hormone.It is mainly secreted by placental syntrophoblastic cells during pregnancy.In non-pregnanay period,there is very few hCG in body.It has been used as a biological marker of gestational trophoblastic tumors and embryonic tumors for many years.However,at present it has been found that almost all tissues especially tumor tissues including pulmonary carcinoma,mammary cancer,cervical carcinoma,ovarian carcinoma,bladder carcinoma etc.may produce ectopic hCG,and that it has very important effect on immune system and occurrence,development,invasive metastasis and differentiation degree of the tumor.
