喷气燃料润滑性的评定

【摘要】 采用ASTMD5001 90a和SH/T0073两种方法对我国 3号喷气燃料的润滑性进行评定, 同时评定了进口JetA 1喷气燃料的磨痕宽度 (WSD值)。结果表明, 我国成品 3号喷气燃料的润滑性优于进口JetA 1喷气燃料。进一步分析了WSD值与Km值两者存在线性关系, 当WSD为 0 65mm和 0 79mm时, Km值分别为 126和 90。

【Abstract】 The lubrication characteristics of No.3 jet fuels was tested by difference test methods which is ASTM D 5001(BOCEL) and SH/T 0073(MHK),and the lubricating performance of imported jet fuels was assessed by BOCEL method. The results show that the lubricity of No.3 jet fuels is better than that of imported Jet A-1 fuels.The relationship between wear scar diameter(WSD) and anti-wear index (.Km.) was discussed.When .WSD. value is 0.65 mm and 0.79 mm,.Km. value is 126 and 90.
