【摘要】 [目的]总结糖尿病髋部骨折老年患者围手术期的特点及治疗经验。[方法]回顾性分析21例髋部骨折合并糖尿病老年患者手术治疗的临床资料。[结果]无1例死亡,无1例术后感染,患者切口良好愈合,安全度过围手术期。[结论]髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者在有效控制血糖的基础上,应积极采取手术治疗,对术前准备和术后治疗也要予以重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the characteristics of senile diabetic hip fracture in the peri-operation stage and to summarize the experience for its treatment. [Methods] A retrospective study was conducted in 21 cases of senile hip fracture complicated with diabetic mellitus which had received operation. [Results] No case was dead and no case was infected after operation; the incision was healed well and the patients went through the peri-operation stage safely. [Conclusion] On the basis of effectively controlling the blood sugar level, operation can be taken into consideration and pre-operative and post-operative treatment should also be emphasized.更多还原
