球冠圆板式橡胶支座的性能评价
Performance Evaluation of Coronal Circular Plate Rubber Bearing
【摘要】 根据球冠圆板式橡胶支座的设计意图,针对坡梁偏压加载工况,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS对球冠圆板式橡胶支座和平面圆板式橡胶支座的典型代表试件建立FEA模型,进行了数值模拟,并对数值计算结果和试验结果进行了比较,验证了球冠圆板式橡胶支座良好的构件性能,以及利用有限元数值分析手段定性分析橡胶支座性能的可行性。
【Abstract】 In accordance with the design purpose, the general finite element method (FEM) package ANSYS is used to establish models for and to numerically simulate the typical specimens of the coronal circular plate bearing and plane circular plate bearing under loading case of eccentric compression from slope beam. The results of the numerical calculations and tests are compared, which verifies the good performance of the coronal circular plate bearing, and the feasibility of qualitatively analyzing the performance of rubber bearings with numerical FEM.
